Complaints and compliments

We take complaints very seriously. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly and thoroughly with any problems that may occur. We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets national criteria. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact Dr Basu or Dr Odutola in writing. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible.
